I have been in contact with D.  several times in the past couple months without being any closer to resolution or an understanding of your company’s position is with this dispute. At this point the only solution here is returning all money my account was changed for no reason and nothing to show for it. I have never met either of you, been to either of your stores or handed you any form of payment. I am surprised to know you have justified keeping my money so long.

If I do not have a valid bank check for the $2000 sent to the above address I will be filing with Fresno Court where I will be asking for any amount over $2000 that a court will award based on all the time I have put into retrieving monies for this fraudulent charge.

Below are my phone records for the times I have called your Fresno location. I have never received a call.
