Hopefully I filled out the forms correctly and won’t need a second draft which will cause me to go back home to add a little bit of information, print out the new draft and drive back to the court to submit the paperwork.
Once I do that I will then need to arrange to have Mia Bella Couture served in an official capacity which consists of certified mail by the court, personal service using the Sheriff’s Department representatives, private process servers or have a disinterested party serve the claim on your behalf.
